The biolayer interference technology BLI (BioLayer Interferometry) was used to carry out quantitative analysis of biomolecules and analysis of kinetics and affinity between biomolecules (ka, kd, KD).
It can be used for the analysis of molecular interactions among antigen-antibody, nucleic acid-nucleic acid, drug-protein, nucleic acid-protein, protein-protein.
Simultaneous determination of up to 8 channels.
After the test, the sample can be recovered.
