Instrument Features:

  • Automated microscope system for fluorescence, bright field, color bright field. 
  • Objective lens: 2.5X, 4X, 10X, 20X, 40X. 
  • Light source: high power LED, including DAPI filter cube, GFP filter cube, Texas Red filter cube, CY5 filter cube. 
  • Incubation temperature from room temperature to 40°C and CO2 gas controller.
  • Gen5 software captures, processes, analyzes, and publishes images and data.
