We use isoelectric focusing and SDS-PAGE to separate the complex proteins sample. Finally, hundreds of protein spots can be obtained on a two-dimensional gel, and then according to the different purposes of the study, the user selects the sample swished for image analysis, through repeated matching and comparison, can be screened out between different gels between the spots, or the spots of interest to researchers, and then carry out follow-up protein identification experiments.
