Notice

  1. Users must complete the instrument operation training course before using the instrument. For the first use after training, a technical staff member must be present throughout the session. Independent reservations are permitted only after the user has demonstrated correct operating procedures.
  2.  This instrument operates on an online reservation system. The minimum reservation duration is 4 hours per session. The instrument is available 24 hours a day. For reservations outside regular working hours or on weekends and public holidays, users must contact the instrument administrator in advance. 
  3.  Reservation cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled usage time. 
  4.  To maintain instrument cleanliness and sensor sensitivity, wearing gloves while operating the computer (including the keyboard and mouse) is strictly prohibited
  5.  If the instrument malfunctions or operates abnormally, users must immediately notify the instrument administrator. Users must not attempt to disassemble, repair, or troubleshoot the instrument on their own, as doing so may cause further damage. 
  6. Data Backup: The storage capacity of the instrument computer is limited. The administrator will periodically remove files to maintain system performance. The facility is not responsible for data storage or retention. Users are solely responsible for backing up their experimental data. 
  7. Data Transfer: To prevent computer virus infections, USB flash drives must be formatted before being used to transfer data to or from the instrument computer. 
  8. Late Arrival Policy: Users who fail to arrive within 1 hour of the reserved start time will be deemed to have forfeited their reservation. 
  9. Suspension of Privileges: Users who fail to appear for a reservation or do not cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy three times will have their instrument usage privileges suspended. 
  10. Liability for Damages: If the instrument is damaged due to improper operation by the user, all repair costs shall be borne by the user's affiliated laboratory.
