Aurora 高階光譜式分析儀

儀器規格：5支雷射 ( 355nm、405nm、488nm、561nm及640nm )、共有64個螢光通道


儀器特色包含：


   1) 使用高度相似性的螢光染劑，提升單管可偵測的螢光數目達40色以上
   2) 可同時提取複雜組成之樣本的多個獨特自體螢光波形，搭配自體螢光去除來提升數據解析度
   3) 套用已優化之儀器設定「Cytek Assay Setting」提升使用便利性，並同時兼顧數據一致性
   4) 首創單機雙系統，可自由於「全光譜模式」與「傳統模式」間切換，以符合不同的實驗需求
